About Me

I’m Tabitha Waybright, a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA#108122) here in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

Massage therapy isn’t just a career for me—it’s something I genuinely love. I’ve always been drawn to creating peaceful, uplifting spaces for people, and massage allows me to do that in such a meaningful way.

I completed over 500 hours of training at Inspirit School of Healing Arts in Orlando, where I studied Swedish massage, stretching, and a variety of therapeutic techniques. I’ve also completed additional training in trauma-informed bodywork and cupping therapy, which allow me to support both the nervous system and the deeper layers of muscle tension.

My approach is simple: listen first, then work together to create a session that supports your body and your life. Some days that might mean quiet, soothing relaxation; other days, more focused work with tools like cupping to help release chronic tension. With a trauma-informed lens, I move at your pace, offer choices, and prioritize safety, consent, and comfort throughout every session. Either way, my goal is for you to leave feeling cared for, renewed, and more connected to yourself.

Outside of massage, I enjoy being involved in my community, spending time near the ocean, and finding new ways to live with balance, self-awareness, and joy.

If we get to work together, know that you’ll always be welcomed with kindness, respect, and care.
